Job Summary
Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leading long-term care facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team! As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Prior experience preferred, with training provided through our comprehensive onboarding program
