RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor resident health needs, developing personalized care plans to ensure optimal well-being
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Perform vital sign checks, monitor blood glucose levels, and provide medical treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
