For staffing agencies
Healthcare workers who asked to meet an agency like yours.
When someone applying for a job on CareJobs. Now wants an agency's help, they choose the agencies that place their work and we send their details, with their consent, the same hour. Pay per introduction, or keep receiving them through your referral program.
Counted from our own record of introductions, Oct 24 to Oct 30, 2026. Each person is counted once, by the work their license or certification names.

FAQ
Questions from agencies
Do the people know they are being introduced?
Yes. Each one chose your agency on our site, agreed that we pass their details to you, and is told to expect a recruiter's call, often from a number they do not know.
Which introductions do we pay for?
Only those that fit the roles and states you asked for. Tell us within 7 days if someone was already in your records or does not meet your requirements, and that introduction is free.
Is it exclusive?
No. People choose which agencies to meet, and we offer each person the agencies that place their work. An agency paying per introduction is offered to more of them, because the introduction pays.
Can we keep our referral program instead?
Yes. Many agencies already receive our introductions through their refer-a-friend form, and that continues unchanged. An introduction paid per introduction earns no referral bonus, so nothing is paid twice.
How do we pay?
By the invoice we send in the first week of each month for the month before, within 30 days, by bank transfer or card. Our CEO signs a one-page agreement with you before the first introduction is charged.
Start with next week's introductions
Send the roles and states you place and where introductions should go. We reply with the one-page agreement our CEO signs.
