We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at The Mansion at Brigham, a leading healthcare provider located in beautiful Newburyport, Massachusetts.
About the Role
As a CNA at The Mansion at Brigham, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our exceptional nursing staff. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting patients with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
- Take vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
