Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that each resident receives individualized attention and personalized care plans
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, behavior, and other relevant information to maintain accurate records and identify potential health issues
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that promotes resident comfort and dignity
