Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Mansion at Brigham, a premier health and rehabilitation facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts. As part of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents and patients. About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Mansion at Brigham, your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering patient care
- Providing direct patient care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs, reporting changes, and collaborating with healthcare team members
Collaborating with healthcare team
- Working closely with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participating in multidisciplinary care conferences and communicating with team members
Maintaining accurate records
- Accurately recording patient data, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
