About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
- Take vital signs and monitor resident condition
- Assist with meal preparation and snack service
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
