CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is currently looking for caring and dependable CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Newton, MA . We have immediate staffing needs and are looking for individuals who take pride in helping others live safely and comfortably at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities
• Help clients with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home safe and organized
• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine
• Keep the care team informed of any changes in a client's condition

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous home care or caregiving experience is an advantage
• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Complete vaccination records preferred
