SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Hanover, MA!

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide support with mobility, walking, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
- Offer companionship and encourage social engagement
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Notify the care team of any changes in a client's condition or needs
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
