Caregiver is a PART_TIME position based in Hernando, Mississippi , and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personal care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medication regimens
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting emotional well-being and dignity
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and services
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
