NuChoice Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Weekend Direct Caregiver to join our team of dedicated care providers. As a Weekend Direct Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes across Lawrence County, PA. Responsibilities
- Provide weekend care to clients in their own homes, adhering to individualized care plans and promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring client nutrition and hydration needs are met
- Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with medication management
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and safe living environment
Requirements

- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Bonded and pre-screened for your protection and the protection of our clients
