Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify physical, cognitive, and sensory impairments
• Plan and administer occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' skills and abilities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a positive, supportive environment
