We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse LPN/RN to join our team at Caring Acres Nursing and Rehab Center in Anita, Iowa. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and supervision to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and delegation of tasks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Assist with medication management, wound care, and other specialized treatments as needed
