Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Psychiatric Unit, Norwalk, CT. The position provides nursing care in an adult inpatient behavioral health setting. The assignment requires an active Connecticut Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Crisis Management Training certification, and at least one year of experience.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts scheduled primarily on nights, with alternating day/night coverage and every other weekend; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Crisis Management Training (CMT) certification; at least one year of experience; adult inpatient behavioral health experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: In-person Crisis Management Training courses of at least six hours may be considered with a certificate confirming completion criteria.
- Additional Information: Assignment dates are 11/30/2026 through 02/27/2027. Care is provided in an adult inpatient behavioral health setting.
