- Position Description: Physical Therapist – Inpatient setting at the healthcare provider with an expected start date of 10/26/2026 for a 13-week assignment.
- Coverage Area: Team 3 includes Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, with occasional territory changes based on staffing and patient needs.
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, no weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in physical therapy, valid WA state license, 1 year of experience, home health experience required, EPIC experience preferred, minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Additional Information: All documents are due the Friday before the start date, with orientation every two weeks on Mondays. A 30-day cancellation policy applies.
- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient physical therapy services, adapt to potential territory changes for patient care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality outcomes.
