CAREGIVER – One-on-One Support, Memory Care (Rancho Peñasquitos) – Immediate Openings
Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for our 24/7 female client living in a Memory Care community in Rancho Peñasquitos.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE (pick what fits your schedule)
- 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client is a female senior living in a Memory Care community who needs dedicated one-on-one support around the clock. This is a consistent, assignment-based position. You'll care for the same client each shift and become a trusted, familiar presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- One-on-one companionship and safety supervision
- Support with daily living: meals, mealtime encouragement, and hydration
- Medication reminders
- Redirecting and engaging clients experiencing memory loss, confusion, or sundowning
- Companionship during community activities
- Fall prevention
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with dementia and memory care strongly preferred
- Patient, calm, and dependable: this client cannot be left without support
- Female caregivers preferred per client request
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone for our scheduling app
- Home Care Aide Registration
