Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora, a leading long-term nursing facility in Aurora, NE, USA. - Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents with various dietary needs and restrictions
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Possess current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for certification
