Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Worker to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. The ideal candidate will be reliable, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required.
