Join our Assisted Living team at The Shores. This full-time opportunity offers $21.50 - $24.25 per hour, based on experience, along with shift differential pay, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and additional employee benefits. Available schedules include 11am -7pm or 3pm - 11pm.

The Shores is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Assisted Living team contributes to a positive resident experience by providing personalized support and helping create an engaging, comfortable community environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily personal support needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and other routine activities
• Follow resident care guidelines and complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner
• Observe resident status throughout the day and share updates, concerns, or changes with the nursing team
• Provide support with meals, mobility, transfers, and other activities that contribute to residents' overall well-being
• Develop positive relationships with residents and work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to support quality services
• Help maintain a comfortable, organized, and resident-focused environment throughout the community

What You'll Need

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Active New Jersey CNA certification

Preferred

• Experience in a long-term care setting

Pay and Benefits

• $21.50 – $24.25 per hour, based on experience
• Shift differentials: +$2.00 per hr midday/evening, +$2.00 per hr overnight, +$1.50 per hr weekends

Schedule

• Full-Time 11am - 7pm
