As an Intake Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting both client intake and staff recruitment. If you have experience in the ABA field and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 for this full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manage new client inquiries and intake process
- Organize and maintain accurate records
- Recruit and screen candidates (RBTs, BCBAs, etc.)
- Post job openings, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding
- Ensure timely communication with clients and staff
Requirements
Must have experience as a Intake Coordinator
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ABA roles, credentialing, and intake procedures
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
