Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time

True Progress Therapy | $25–$29 per hour | Metuchen, NJ

True Progress Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time opportunity in Metuchen, New Jersey.

We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Position Details

  • Pay: $25–$29 per hour
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Location: Metuchen, NJ
  • Schedule: Based on case availability and candidate availability
  • Setting: In-home ABA therapy

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect and document data on client progress.
  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans and clinical guidelines.
  • Communicate professionally with families and clinical team members.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous ABA experience or experience working with children preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and dependability.
