Make your weekends count! Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for dependable and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team as Weekend Warriors on our 7 AM – 7 PM shift .
If you’re an STNA who enjoys working longer shifts, building relationships with residents, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
As an STNA, you’ll play an important role in providing hands-on care and helping our residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Taking and recording vital signs as directed
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Responding promptly to resident needs
- Communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Working closely with nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents
Schedule
Weekend Warrior – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
This position is designed for team members who are available to consistently work weekends and want to make the most of their schedule with 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Dependable and committed to scheduled weekend shifts
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
