Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Position Highlights
- Shift: 7a–7p (Days)
- Openings: LPN & RN
- Status: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability)
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care / Rehab
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapy teams, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Passion for resident-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently during the day
- Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (but not required)
