Shift: Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout the night.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed.
- Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Record vital signs and document care provided.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Provide reassurance and promote restful, dignified care during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required - we welcome motivated caregivers eager to learn.
