Are You a People Person Who Knows How to Get Things Done?
At Trillion Health & Hormone , our patients deserve more than a friendly greeting. They deserve someone who makes them feel welcome, listens to their needs, provides clear answers, and helps them confidently navigate their healthcare experience.
We're looking for a Patient Services Specialist who brings energy, professionalism, organization, and confidence to every interaction.
This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll be a key part of the patient experience, building relationships, educating patients about our services, discussing financial options, and helping ensure each patient feels informed and supported throughout their journey.
If you're a natural communicator, enjoy solving problems, and can balance a warm personality with a strong sense of ownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
- Make an outstanding first impression. Welcome patients with genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence.
- Be a trusted resource. Educate patients about our services, treatment processes, appointment preparation, and next steps in their care.
- Lead confident conversations. Discuss service pricing, payment options, and available financing solutions in a clear, comfortable, and professional manner.
- Keep the patient experience seamless. Coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, and ensure patients are prepared for their visits.
- Own the details. Prepare patient documentation, treatment estimates, consent forms, and financial agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage patient accounts. Verify insurance information, process payments, and maintain accurate patient and financial records.
- Connect the dots. Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients receive consistent information and exceptional service.
- Help patients move forward. Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients through their available care options.
- Find ways to make things better. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall patient experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have an outgoing, positive personality and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- You're confident, polished, and comfortable leading conversations, including discussions about money.
- You can explain information clearly and help others feel comfortable making decisions.
- You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- You take initiative, follow through, and don't wait to be told what needs to happen next.
- You're comfortable learning new technology, billing systems, and electronic medical records.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- You're a team player who values collaboration, accountability, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, patient services, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment is preferred. Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required.
We're especially interested in candidates who have the confidence to handle important conversations, the organization to manage details, and the personality to make patients feel genuinely cared for.
