About the job
Trillion Health & Hormone | Full-Time | In-Person
Salary Range: $60,000–$85,000 annually
Be the leader who keeps everything moving - and makes every patient feel cared for.
At Trillion Health & Hormone, we believe women deserve to be heard, empowered, educated, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Our mission is to empower women to thrive through optimized, innovative, and proactive care.
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented Clinic Manager who can lead a team, navigate the unexpected, and ensure the entire clinic works together seamlessly. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We need a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, step into clinic and patient services roles when needed, and keep the team focused on what matters most: our patients.
Think of yourself as the clinic’s traffic cop, anticipating bottlenecks, coordinating people and priorities, solving problems in real time, and ensuring patients move through their experience with as little friction as possible. You’ll balance the big picture with the details, providing leadership while remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of clinic operations.
If you’re energized by people, problem-solving, and making things work better, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Keep the Clinic Moving
- Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and provider utilization.
- Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and adjust resources to keep the day running smoothly.
- Step into clinical support or patient services responsibilities when staffing gaps or unexpected needs arise, helping the team maintain continuity of care.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and turn recurring problems into better processes.
- Ensure clinic policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures are followed.
Lead From the Front
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinic and patient services team members.
- Set clear expectations and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Support onboarding and training so employees understand not only what to do, but how to do it well.
- Address performance concerns directly, constructively, and promptly.
- Model the flexibility, composure, and positive attitude you expect from your team.
Protect the Patient Experience
- Coordinate the moving parts of the clinic to create a seamless, compassionate, and professional patient experience.
- Help resolve scheduling challenges, service concerns, and patient escalations.
- Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Keep the team focused on listening to, educating, and empowering every patient.
- Make sure patients feel that their time, needs, and concerns matter.
Maintain Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state regulations.
- Partner with providers to support clinical documentation standards and credentialing requirements.
- Monitor inventory, medication storage, supplies, and safety protocols.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries between operational leadership and clinical decision-making.
Drive Results & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor clinic productivity, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
- Support budget tracking, expense management, and inventory control.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen workflows, and support revenue capture.
- Partner with operations leadership to implement improvements, new services, and evolving business needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You’re someone who
- Sees the whole picture. You understand how scheduling, staffing, patient services, and clinical workflows affect one another.
- Jumps in when needed. You don’t ask someone else to do a job you’re capable of doing yourself when the team needs help.
- Thinks on your feet. When the day doesn’t go according to plan, you stay calm, assess the situation, and find a solution.
- Knows how to prioritize. You can distinguish an urgent issue from a distraction and keep people focused on the right things.
- Leads with accountability. You set clear expectations, have difficult conversations when necessary, and follow through on commitments.
- Communicates effectively. You can coordinate across roles, address conflict professionally, and keep everyone informed.
- Looks for better ways. You don’t simply work around broken processes - you identify opportunities to improve them.
- Cares about people and results. You understand that a great patient experience and a high-performing team go hand in hand.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the clinic is located.
- At least three years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic leadership, or a comparable healthcare supervisory role.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and outpatient clinic operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred
- Experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, or specialty outpatient care.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean principles, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$85,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in women’s healthcare.
- A leadership role with the ability to influence team performance, patient satisfaction, and clinic operations.
- A collaborative environment where initiative, accountability, and practical problem-solving matter.
- The opportunity to improve systems and processes as our organization continues to grow.
