About the job

Trillion Health & Hormone | In-Person | Clinic Operations

Full-time | $21-28/hr | Make a difference in women's health - one patient at a time.

Are you someone who brings positive energy to work, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about people? Do you take pride in doing things well, helping others, and making patients feel comfortable and cared for?

At Trillion Health & Hormone , we believe women deserve to be heard, supported, and empowered to thrive. We're looking for a Medical Assistant / Medication Aide who shares that belief and wants to make a meaningful difference in the patient experience every day.

This is more than a clinical support role. You'll help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment where patients feel confident in their care and teammates can count on one another.

What You'll Do

You'll be an important part of our clinical team, helping our providers deliver an exceptional, patient-first experience.

  • Care for patients: Welcome patients, answer questions, help them feel comfortable, and support them throughout their visit.
  • Support clinical care: Obtain and document vital signs, draw blood for laboratory testing, administer medications within your authorized scope, and document patient information accurately.
  • Keep the day moving: Help maintain clinic flow, anticipate needs, and support providers in delivering timely, attentive care.
  • Educate and inform: Help patients understand treatments, medications, procedures, and products clearly and professionally.
  • Be a team player: Collaborate with clinical and central communications teams and step in to assist with front-office responsibilities when needed.
  • Take pride in your environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace while following applicable health and safety procedures.
  • Help finish strong: Assist with patient discharge and clinic closing responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who brings both the right skills and the right approach to work.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Bring a positive, professional attitude and treat patients and coworkers with respect.
  • Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
  • Work well with others, communicate openly, and understand that a team's success depends on everyone contributing.
  • Stay organized and composed when the clinic gets busy or priorities change.
  • Pay attention to details, especially when documenting information and supporting patient care.
  • Enjoy helping people understand their care and feel comfortable asking questions.
  • Are dependable, adaptable, and willing to help where needed.
  • Take feedback as an opportunity to learn, improve, and become even better at your job.

Qualifications

  • Active Medication Aide certification or Medical Assistant certification or education.
  • Experience performing blood draws (phlebotomy).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems; AdvancedMD experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain medications, treatments, and products clearly to patients.

Why Trillion Health & Hormone?

Our mission is to empower women to thrive through optimized, innovative, and proactive care. We believe that mission comes to life through the everyday actions of our team: listening carefully, helping proactively, doing the right thing, and treating every patient with respect.

We value people who take ownership of their work, bring solutions instead of simply pointing out problems, and recognize that delivering excellent care is a team effort.

If you're looking for a role where your clinical skills, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
