Position Overview
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Pawling team. Whether you’re just starting your career or an experienced professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and assisting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff
- Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, and other ADLs (activities of daily living)
- Serve meals, feed residents when needed, and monitor food and fluid intake
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nurse
- Transport residents safely within the facility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Requirements
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current State CNA Certification in good standing
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must meet Department of Health requirements
