Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
• Provide support with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Build meaningful connections through companionship and conversation
• Complete light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable living space
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Communicate any changes in clients' health or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Dependable with good communication skills
• Comfortable providing care independently in clients' homes
• Able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Complete vaccination records preferred
