Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, grooming, and daily living activities
- Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Keep the care team informed about changes in a client's condition or needs
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
