CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Bridgewater, MA!
We are looking for caring and motivated individuals who are committed to helping clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. If you are dependable, patient, and enjoy making a difference in someone's day, we would love to hear from you.
We have urgent staffing needs with opportunities for both full-time and part-time caregivers.
What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Communicate changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
