SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring caregivers in Raynham, MA!
We are looking for compassionate and responsible CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers who are passionate about helping others. Join our team and provide personalized in-home support that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time caregivers, with flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Communicate changes in a client's condition or care needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
