Your Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Encourage social interaction and provide companionship
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Report changes in clients' health or care needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
