CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and trustworthy CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Milford, MA . We have immediate staffing needs and are seeking individuals who take pride in providing personalized care and helping clients feel safe and supported in their own homes.
Whether you're looking for a full-time position or part-time hours, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work 20+ hours per week.

Your Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Assist with walking, transfers, and safe mobility
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Build meaningful connections through companionship and conversation
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
