CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $24/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for dedicated and compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Hingham, MA . We have immediate staffing needs and are seeking dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and providing quality care in a home setting.

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support safe walking, transfers, and mobility
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Encourage social interaction and provide companionship
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Communicate changes in clients' health or care needs to the team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
