Your Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and pleasant home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Keep the care team updated on changes in clients' needs or conditions
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
