Your Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities
• Support clients with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Build positive connections through companionship and conversation
• Help with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
• Report changes in a client's health or daily needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Complete vaccination records preferred
