About the Role
As a Home Care Aide , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your compassion, empathy, and attention to detail will make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care services, including toileting and incontinence care
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medications
- Promote independence and safety in the home environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the client care supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Physical ability to lift, transfer, and move clients
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
