Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility needs
- Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
