Job Summary
Delivers individualized PT services including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and education to achieve functional goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in PT from CAPTE‑accredited program; current state license; 1 year recent clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR certification may be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate function; develop/revise plans of care.
- Direct PT support staff; educate patients/families.
- Document assessments/goals/progress/discharge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; ensure compliance.
Physical Requirements
- Demonstrate and assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
- Lift, support, and transfer patients with assistance/devices as needed (up to 50 lbs independently).
- Manual dexterity for therapeutic techniques and equipment; adequate vision and hearing.
