Scarlet Oaks is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living 3PM-11PM shift .

LPN Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Assisted Living, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain proper narcotic control and documentation
- Communicate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available for resident care
LPN Qualifications
Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations
- Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Full-Time
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
