Are you compassionate, organized, and sales-minded? We’re looking for a motivated Care Manager to join our team in West Indianapolis.
In this role, you’ll
- Oversee Care Coordinator and Schedulers
- Person Client Assessments and Manage intake
- Create personalized care plans for seniors
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
- Conduct quality assurance visits
- Create social media content and post it weekly.
- Training new caregivers.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-10 years of related experience (preferred similar experience candidates)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
