Care Coordinator (Hourly) – West Indianapolis

About the job
In this role, you’ll
- Lead meet-and-greets that introduce clients to their caregivers
- Confirm caregiver schedules and follow up to make sure shifts are covered
- Take part in client assessments alongside our team
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular check-ins
- Answer inquiries and help convert them into new clients
- Conduct quality assurance visits
- Support onboarding of new caregivers
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of related experience (home care or senior care preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working some evenings and weekends
Pay: $[18]–$[20] per hour
