Your day might begin by facilitating Patient Safety Orientation or coordinating clinical onboarding activities for newly hired nurses and clinical staff. Behind the scenes, you'll coordinate continuing education programs, manage training records, track competency completion, maintain learning management system data, and help ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail helps keep the organization survey-ready and supports a culture of accountability and excellence.
Collaboration is a key part of the role. You'll partner with nursing leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Compliance, Infection Prevention, Occupational Health, Medical Staff leaders, and other departments to address educational priorities and workforce development needs.
You may also assist with performance improvement initiatives, education-related audits, orientation tracking, and regulatory readiness activities. When needed, you'll provide backup support for Occupational Health services, employee wellness initiatives, and department operations to help maintain seamless service throughout the organization.
