Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN, you will provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team and physician
- Utilize electronic medical records to document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide wound care according to the treatment administration record
