Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and their families. Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning
- Support patients with mealtime assistance, feeding, and hydration
- Carry out vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
