Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
• Conduct treatments and exercises under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapy Assistant

1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
