Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a delegation RN
• Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet individual needs
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care and outcomes
