We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Shift LPN to join our team at Morningstar Residential Care Center in Oswego, NY, USA. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service to our residents
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents, staff, and visitors
