- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for our residents
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met and exceeded
- Monitor and track residents' nutritional progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Provide education to residents and their families on nutrition and healthy living
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into our care offerings
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care plans
